They experienced how difficult it can be to find reliable information, understand your options, and access care without feeling overwhelmed or judged.
Along the way, they also experienced something powerful. Sometimes all it takes is one person who takes the time to explain, listen, and point you in the right direction. Those moments inspired VURA.
We asked ourselves a simple question:
Why should caring for your sexual health feel harder than caring for every other part of your wellbeing?
Just like going to the gym, seeing a therapist, or scheduling your annual checkup, taking care of your sexual health should feel like a normal act of self-care.
Because wellness isn’t built through one big decision. It’s built through small moments of choosing yourself, again and again.
We don’t wait until we’re injured to exercise.
We don’t wait until we’re burned out to care for our mental health.
